heyyyy! doing a lease takeover for my room in a great bath apartment at Ram’s Pointe⭐️😇

In the floor plan pictured my room is the farthest to the right and is the larger of the 4 rooms (though its the largest you will not pay more rent than the other rooms)

rent is $ (without utilities but they tend to only be $ a month, and one of the current roommates handles the payments-u just venmo her each month), wifi is included with rent!

currently there are 3 lovely ladies living there with two adorable and well behaved cats😽
we are asking for FEMALES ONLY and no new pets!!

available as soon as August 5th!!!!! the move-in date for this complex is August th BUT if you need more time that is ok!
