Hi! Our beloved roommate is moving out of the country. Thus, now we have an affordable and spacious room available in a quiet area of Washington Heights facing the Hudson River.

Available September 1st

We are looking for a respectable, responsible, and considerate female roommate to join us. We consider this place home, and we love our community.

The Room: The room available is spacious, has two windows facing the park, and it comes with one large storage closet. The room fits a queen-size bed, a dresser, a corner desk, a bookshelf and a nightstand.

We have a friendly Super (who lives in the building). We also have an elevator and coin laundry room in the building (it's quite cheap).

Transportation: We live 5 minutes away from the 1 and C trains and 7 minutes from the A. There’s a lovely park 5 minutes away from our home, where we enjoy the occasional stroll.

Application: Standard lease application paperwork is required, along with a security deposit of one month’s rent. The rent is $ per month, plus around $ for utilities.
