The room is sf, not including a large closet. Room will be empty (ready for your things) and the house is furnished.

There is a washer/dryer on- and some parking in the driveway and on the street out front. The yard is big with lots of grapes, raspberries, blueberries, established gardens and room for more gardens. Things are pretty quiet around the house.
