Iimmediate home needed

year old single full time working female looking for room or studio for immediate move in. I work Mon - Thur pm. And on my days off out of town visiting my daughter. I keep to myself, I have no regular friends or family so I never have company. I drink maybe 4 times a year, I am a smoker but outdoors and not often because if not working sleeping or keeping to myself in my room with ear buds and phone. Don't need parking space I have no car I Uber until I pass my written test to get license back. I am not against loud music ( unless past pm mon - Friday) not against anyone having company, get togethers or parties. I am friendly and pay my rent on time but gone 4 days a week. I only request a room of my own where I can safely put my things and have my own space, a place to keep and make food, do laundry and feel at home. total with rent and utilities would be ideal, would be better. And I enjoy cleaning when not to exhausted. If roommate is a must gender does not matter. I have a felony from years ago but finished probation in . I work in metal fabrication and I am a certified welder so maybe a place to plug in a little welder and fuse some metal would be great but not necessary.
