Hi there, my name is Daisy and I am looking for a female Roomate to rent one or two rooms in the front half of my home. The house is brand new, gorgeous and very spacious / separate floor plan. The entire front half of the home is empty and yours to use. There is one main bedroom with a bay window and a second bedroom to be used as a hobby space or office. There is also a private bath and garage space for your vehicle. The property has award wining amenities and has been the property of the year for amenities several years in a row. We have pools, pickleball, fishing ponds, trails, soccer, you name it. We even have an event coordinator that schedules regular meet up’s for coffee, movies in the pool, yoga club, walking club (again you name it we have it.) it’s the perfect place for someone looking to meet new people in the area.

You can be anywhere in 25 minutes from this location. Austin, Pflugerville, round rock, Hutto, Taylor are all a very easy drive. Easy access to 290, close to historic downtown, Walmart, HeB and nearby manor for shopping.
