Room w/ private bathroom available

About the apartment:
The room available is the master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom in a bathroom apartment located on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light throughout the apartment, and the bedrooms are large with walk-in closets. We have central air conditioning/heating, washers/dryers in building, and a tandem parking spot in the parking garage below the building. Building is cat-friendly.

I need a roommate starting around September 1st, but the room may be available to move in earlier depending on when my current roommate is fully moved out.

(All of the furniture and clutter in the pictures are from my roommate that is moving out. If you have your own furniture to bring that’s great, otherwise I am planning on buying furniture.)

About me:
I am f and am currently working in retail while I pursue a career in audio engineering and sound design. In my free time, I like to crochet, cross-stitch, and play video games. I am very quiet, respectful, and considerate as a roommate. I don’t have people over often, and use headphones when working, gaming, or listening to music. I am down to become friends and hangout, but there is no pressure since I value my alone time and am fine keeping to myself.
