I am renting out all of my condo except for my bed room. Due to my job, I frequently travel and I am only home a few days each week; at times, I may be away for months. I’m looking to share my home with responsible adults.

My condo features three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, wood flooring, ample natural light, and a backyard that’s perfect for barbecues and gatherings. I would like to rent my place for $, which includes all utilities and HOAs except for internet and cell phone services.

Please note that the space is not furnished aside from my own room. I ask that there be no smoking, vaping, or marijuana use on the premises. Additionally, there is a storage room available and one assigned parking space for your use.

The condo is conveniently located near Multnomah Village, just minutes from OHSU and Lewis and Clark, as well as downtown. A TriMet bus station is within walking distance.
