Welcome to the perfect opportunity to join us in a stunning 2-bedroom apartment! With my current roommate moving out on September 1st, we’re looking for a new friend to share this beautiful space.

Imagine having your own private bedroom with a walk-in closet, while the kitchen and living room are conveniently located in the center of the apartment. My partner and I have our own bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side, ensuring plenty of privacy for everyone. The apartment is equipped with modern amenities like a washer and dryer, Nest thermostat, and dishwasher, making daily life a breeze.

The community here is truly exceptional. Enjoy a clubhouse with a pool table and shuffleboard, a gaming area with TVs, and a spacious upstairs office with computers for remote work where complimentary coffee and tea are served daily, and there are two heated pools, including a rooftop pool, two hot tubs, cabanas, BBQ areas, and outdoor dining spots open year-round. We’re two women in our late s to early s, one working full-time and the other from home. We enjoy quiet evenings and sometimes like to use the shared areas for cooking, but mostly in the evenings or afternoon. We enjoy a clean and tidy home and respect other’s privacy, so we’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible. While we’re friendly in passing, we value our personal space so we’re happy to give you yours. This is a non-smoking residence, but there are designated smoking areas outside. Pets are negotiable if they are trained and friendly.
