Quiet private place

I have a bath condo on the borderline of Deerfield Beach in pompano Beach Florida
I'm only looking for a good person a year minimum
The condo will do a background check
Bedrooms on separate ends of the apartment you have your own bathroom your own parking spot you have a small refrigerator and microwave in your room for late night snacks although you still have the use of the whole apartment
There's a door that closes off your bathroom and bedroom so you can walk in and out and private
You're almost welcome to do anything you want make a mess just clean it up feel comfortable here as this is my home that's why I'm looking for a special person and I wanted to be your home too
The complex is got a large pool and pool deck weight room exercise room and more
There's electronic Gates
Washer and dryer in the apartment nice AC your room is furnished or unfurnished I have a lot of loose furniture there's a bed in there that's 2 years old and has been in plastic carpet is 2 years old
Internet streaming on TV your lights are on remote control in the bedroom
The pictures of your room are old as my roommate is in there now
Whatever you need will get I consider my roommate valuable and will only do the best
The room could be empty also but I have nice stuff in there for you
I'm 3 minutes from minutes from the turnpike good location
Buses outside the complex food stores two blocks away
Looking for somebody with a secure job that could pay the rent as a lease is required I don't want any problems
Christian is a plus but it's not mandatory but your job security is
All expenses included for the monthly fee
All sliding glass doors go out to the balcony
This is a condo nobody lives above me I'm on the top floor so you don't hear anybody walking I'm at the end of the hall where the privacy steel door outside on the catwalk it's totally private and secluded it's a real nice situation your parking spot is close
