UPark Relet

Description

I have found another place to live for the year and need a way to break my lease with Upark. If anyone needs a place just DM me. The building is a 4 person apartment. The rent is a month. The roommates you’d be living with are all male, very reasonable, and clean. The room is in good condition and Upark has a free bus to the school. The aparment is fully furnished. This is a relet meaning you will take over all responsibilities. As a bonus since I’m trying to avoid for two places I will pay/give you the money for the first two months of rent.
