Sublease at Palazzo $/month

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Palazzo Apartments. The room is a private room, with a private bathroom. Full sized bed with bedframe included. The apartment itself is pretty large and spacious considering you'd be sharing the common area with 5 other young women. All my roomates are very kind! Everyone keeps to themselves mostly so you probably wont run into them on the regular, but if you do see one of my roomates they're very sweet girls. Rent is $ but realistically you'd probably want to put aside at least $ when including renters insurance, and electricity bills. Water and internet are free.
