Designated parking spot and water included in rent. Unit is at the end of the hall and next to the stairwell so there are no neighbors on either side and it’s super quiet. Located near MIA airport.


Two bedrooms and two baths. Master pays $ and the other room is $. I currently live in the non-master room, but I am happy to switch and move to the master if you’d prefer the smaller room!

Shared spaces will be fully furnished except for the couch, which will be going with my roommate. Pics coming of the master bedroom by this weekend!

Can move in as early as . Lease would be signed with landlord by mid September.

Move-in fee is for the condo association (parking decal, background search, fob, etc.), and $ is refundable.

Landlord is really kind. The deposit on the unit is already handled, so no additional first or last month’s rent necessary for move-in.

Roommate had a little doggie, so not opposed to small pets ❤️
