Private, furnished room for rent

I have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for rent in a brand new 4 bedroom home. I am a yr old Christian male and the other roommate is in his mid ’s. The other roommate will most likely be moving out within the next few months then you would have a private bathroom. Would prefer another Christian close to my age. Full access to all common areas including laundry room. Rent is $ plus utilities. $ security deposit. Must be willing to submit to a background/reference check. Would consider a 3 month lease, but would prefer 6 months to a year. Room is available now.
