Bedroom with shared bathroom

We have a 3 bedroom house with one available room.
Perfectly located in the heart of Prescott Valley. I am and my daughter who is share the house. We are both very laid back, love cooking, bbq, watching movies, binge watching our favorite shows, reading, game nights, and enjoying spending time with our dogs! We are clean and quiet. We recently moved up here from Gilbert to escape the heat and the fast paced life. We do have 2 cats they both stay outside and occasionally come inside for a quick visit!! Our dogs our kennel trained and spend most of their time in the back of the house or playing outside! They love just about everything and everyone!
The shared bathroom is rarely used, my daughter and I use the back bathroom more often. We have a washer and dryer fully functional kitchen with everything you could imagine to cook with! Big fenced in yard. The front room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room are all common areas and have no restrictions. We are a sober house. No alcohol or drug use of any kind is permitted. Smoking is okay as long as it's outside, vaping is also fine. We ask that there be no overnight guests unless it's a family during the holidays or special occasions.
