Photo 1: Shared downstairs living room. Photo 2: is from when I lived in it — this only shows half of the room! It’s much larger. I do have a bedroom suite that can be used or moved out of the room.

I’m looking for a clean, responsible female roommate to share my home. You’ll enjoy the entire upstairs to yourself – complete with a private bedroom and your own living room/common area.


What I’m Looking For:
• Someone who keeps things tidy and respects shared spaces
• No frequent guests or large gatherings
• Smoking permitted outdoors only
• I have pets, so unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed

What’s Included:
• Internet and trash service
• Your share will be half of the electric, water, and sewage bills
