Looking for a girl roommate! I live in a 3bed house near downtown Fort Wayne with just my dog. Two spare rooms, the one pictured has a big closet. I did use the listings photos but can send updated ones. Total rent is $. Your half would only be $/mo, I feel that’s fair considering I have a dog. I am asking for a $ deposit but it’ll go towards utilities of the first month moved in. Utilities range around $ total every month. Theres also a HUGE yard as well as driveway and garage!
