I am looking to have someone take over the lease for an apartment located in WOODBRIDGE, VA . The apartment complex is "The Preserve at Catons Crossing". It is a bath w/ balcony and in unit washer/dryer, unit is located on the 4th floor. The neighborhood is very quiet(not a lot of residents), there are ample parking spaces, and the buildings have elevators. It is closed access so to enter the building you will need a PIN, and the leasing office will give you an access badge along with keys. The lease ends on December :), you can renew if you'd like : )).
