Looking for room near Sherman Oaks

Hello,

I'm Ryan. I'm a teacher relocating to the area looking for a room in the Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio City area. I'm almost always away on the weekends helping my aging parents. I have a medium sized golden doodle dog. She is Hypoallergenic and does not shed. She is well-behaved and lays on my bed until I get home. I pretty much read books and watch Netflix when I get home. I also referee high school basketball during the season. If you want a good, reliable roommate with strong morals and a love for God I would probably be a good fit.
