International students (couples)

Hi everyone, my girlfriend and I are looking for a studio or 1BR near Monterey. Our budget is $. We’re international students at CSUMB, so we don’t have U.S. credit scores, but we can provide proof of finances (bank statements, etc.) required for our studies.
