Private bedroom in sq ft home fully furnished with a queen size bed and desk and tv. Walk in closet with lots of shelves and storage. It can also be unfurnished it’s up to you. You can fit a king size bed in there with lots of space remaining. You would share a bathroom with one other person. We are really big on cleanliness so we don’t wear shoes in the house. You can have your own refrigerator to yourself. The kitchen has all appliances and everything else to cook and bake with if that’s what you like to do. There is high speed internet and all utilities are included. You can pay weekly bi weekly or monthly completely up to you. We are close to all kinds of shopping and malls. Minutes from Davis Monthan and ten minutes downtown or the UOfA. You will have shaded parking we are also close to bus stops. We have a large patio outside if you smoke you can only do it outside and we are friendly. Also in door laundry brand new washer.
