Unfurnished master bedroom is first floor of a 3-level condo, separate from shared spaces on the upper floors. (Photos show current furnished setup for reference but the room will be fully cleared). The household vibe is easygoing, clean, and respectful shared with two sisters in their s who value privacy, open communication, and a positive atmosphere. We're outdoorsy (hiking, biking, exploring AZ), friendly, but enjoy solo time too.

Room & Amenities Highlights:
- Size & Features: ft – Large enough for a king-size bed, with a walk-in closet and attached full bathroom (double sinks).
- Privacy & Access: Private first-floor location with easy entrance; no shared spaces on this level.
- Price INCLUDES: All utilities, high-speed internet, pool access, and garage parking.
- Shared Spaces: Kitchen, living room, washer/dryer room, and balcony on the second floor (balcony overlooks tranquil open land).

Rental Details:
- Rent: $1K per month.
- Deposit: $1K (one month's rent; refundable per Arizona law, subject to deductions for damages if needed).
- Rental Agreement: Month-to-month (If there are any violations I will reserve the right to give tenant minimum days to vacate the property).

Requirements (Please ONLY inquire if you meet all):
- Female renters only (for privacy and safety; no overnight guests or strangers allowed (unless we've discussed and are all aware).
- No pets (Possible exceptions for a small well behaved dog or cat)
- No smoking (tobacco or weed), drugs, or excessive drinking.
- Must be clean, respectful, and communicative.
