Description

Hi I’m renting a private, unfurnished master bedroom in a North Phoenix condo (females only). Available as early as September. Located near Norterra shopping centers, Midwestern University, with easy access to Flagstaff, Sedona, and Northern Arizona spots.

This room is on the first floor offers privacy, separate from shared spaces on upper floors (photos show furnished setup for reference, but it will be cleared). Shared with two sisters and chill standard poodle dog. We are clean, respectful, and value privacy and communication. We enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, biking) but appreciate solo time.

Room & Amenities Highlights:
- Size & Features: ft – Large enough for a king-size bed, with a walk-in closet and attached full bathroom (double sinks).
- Privacy & Access: Private first-floor location with easy entrance; no shared spaces on this level.
- Included Utilities: All utilities, high-speed internet, pool access, and open parking.
- Shared Spaces: Kitchen, living room, washer/dryer room, and balcony on the second floor (balcony overlooks tranquil open land).

Must Provide:
- Proof of income
- Clean background check
- rental/roomate references

Rental Details:
Agreement: Month-to-month (If there are any violations I will reserve the right to give tenant minimum days to vacate the property).

Requirements (Please ONLY inquire if you meet all):
- Female renters only (for privacy and safety; no overnight guests or strangers allowed unless we've discussed and are all aware)
- No pets (Possible exceptions for a small well behaved dog or cat)
- No smoking (tobacco or weed), drugs, or excessive drinking.
- Must be clean, respectful, and communicative.
