BA Apartment Lease Take Over

Hey everyone! I’m looking to transfer my lease of a Bathroom Apartment in Austin, Texas from August to July . The apartment is at Chateau Duval and is a 5 minute walk to North Campus of UT Austin. The rent is $ a month, not including a $ trash/recycling fee, or utilities. The apartment comes unfurnished, however I am willing to sell my furniture at a discounted price as I am moving out of Austin.
