The room for rent is unfurnished and it is the biggest room in the house with two closets. It is the only room downstairs, which means more privacy for you and perfect for introverts! There's enough room for your bedroom stuff and an office or entertainment setup. The room has a keyed lock for your peace of mind. The bathroom is shared and upstairs, but almost no one will use it except for you since I live alone, and I only invite guest maybe a few times per year. I have my own private bathroom.

Utilities include electric, gas, security monitoring, water, and high speed internet. $ refundable deposit. Month-to-month lease. You will need to provide your own rental insurance. $ fee all inclusive for credit, background, and employment verification that is refundable if you sign the lease. I really don't care about the credit score more than what's on the credit profile. I am okay with past evictions if they are old enough.
