Recently relocated from Tampa, FL to Orange County to begin a new career at a local college, I’m looking for a 1-bedroom rental (private bathroom preferred). I share my life with a well-mannered, elite K9-certified golden retriever — fully trained, doesn’t bark, wears shoes outdoors, and is friendly with people and animals alike.

I value mutual respect and believe the ideal roommate is equally considerate and “super stealth.” My schedule keeps me away most of the day — I work PM plus a weekend job where my dog joins me — so I’m rarely home and operate as if non-existent.
