Looking for a responsible roommate to take over my half of the rent in a -bath apartment at Sussex Downs, near downtown Franklin.
• Rent total: $/month
• Your share: $/month (plus utilities) — I’m currently in talks with management to get the rent lowered, so this number could change
• Apartment features: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bathroom is currently undergoing maintenance and should be fixed soon; the other is fully functional)
• Includes leased washer and dryer
• Great location close to downtown Franklin
• Quiet and safe community
• Lease ends September st, so looking to fill the spot before then

About me: I’m , a laid-back musician who keeps to himself. I enjoy video games and fishing and prefer a calm environment—no heavy partying or drinking. Looking for someone around my age who’s respectful and chill.

Lease is up for renewal soon. The current roommate’s name is still on the lease but they’ve already moved out, so you’d be stepping into their spot on the new lease.
