We're looking for a roommate for September 1st.

Apartment is a 4th floor walk up in Washington Heights, close to the th Station on A train. It's mins to Penn station. There is a dishwasher in unit and laundry in the building. Room is and has 2 south facing windows that get plenty of light, great for growing plants. There is a built in cabinet in the room, and another one exclusive to the tennant in the hallway.

Looking for someone in their s with steady income and good credit. You must sign a year long lease.

We are J and Ami. Women, mid 's and work in education. We're both clean, chill, left leaning and like the sanctuary of a quiet home. There are 2 cats, and we can't add more pets to the apartment.
