Description

Looking for someone (or 2) to take over roommates share of the lease. Lease begins Oct 1 (or a bit earlier if needed). 2 bedrooms or 1 bedroom and a den joined by a private half bath available for 6+ months.
Common areas furnished, but willing to move or swap things if wanted. Large fenced backyard and car garage. Top level of an up down duplex. There is one dog already living here but more are welcome with owners approval.

Utilities: fixed cost at $/month (split evenly between upstairs housemates) for:
Central heating and AC, water, electricity (solar), high speed internet (mbps), trash and recycling, and landscaping.

Appliances:
Washer and dryer in unit
Dishwasher, electric range, microwave, large fridge

Note: there is a separate unit downstairs. It has a fully separate entrance.
