$/month roommate in W. Nash!

Hi friends! My awesome roommate is moving in with his fellow musician friends so they can focus more on their music so I’m looking for a new roommate (single occupancy, no pets)
starting mid September or early October for 6 months (with potential to extend).

About the space: full bath, square feet in a really quiet, gated area of Bellevue (West Nash) right off the interstate. Super conveniently located to all types of shops & grocery stores. Rent is $, utilities run anywhere from $ per person. Unfurnished room & bathroom but the rest of the apartment is already furnished. I already have an ESA, so no other four legged or two legged critters at this time. Must be able to show proof of income as well as pass a background check.

About me: -year-old woman who travels on a regular basis for work. Active, outgoing, & bubbly, I enjoy trying out new spots around Nash (who’s down to find the best bottomless brunch spot?) as well as staying in for a game night, watching TV or reading a good book (any romantasy folk out there? 👀).
