Spring Semester Subleaser

I am looking for someone to sublease my room for the Spring of at the Edition on Rosemary in a -bathroom apartment while I study abroad. The complex features a resident clubhouse with a quiet and collaborative study lounge, an outdoor terrace lounge overlooking Rosemary Street, a business center offering additional study spaces, and courtyards equipped with grilling stations, picnic and seating areas, and a fire pit featuring an -inch outdoor TV. Rent is $, but it can be negotiated. Please let me know if you are interested! I also have a parking spot close by that I will be able to give away for a discounted price.
