Master bedroom in suntree condo

Description

Looking for a roommate to rent the master bedroom in my condo. It is a large master with walk-in closet and shower. The furnishings, including the bed, are brand new. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully functional kitchen. Furnished living room and dining room areas. Unit was remodeled about 5 years ago. Brand new windows and sliding glass door a year ago and a new AC system around the same time. Gigabyte internet. Community pool, gym, tennis courts and valet trash service.

I'm a y/o professional working and often busy in the afternoons. I occupy the two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the condo and am clean, relatively quiet and rarely have guests.

Water bill is included but we split the internet () and electric ( in the summer) so it's always pretty low.
