Great tenant looking for landlord

I'm in my s with a quiet yr old who wants to move to Arcata. I've had the same employer for yrs and I have my master's. I've been in my current rental for years and my current landlords don't want me to move but they will give me and my dog a glowing reference. Ok, my dog is amazing, he's lbs and a cross between a Welch corgi and a Dutch Shepard (he's a long dog) and he is a very polite and sweet dog, never showed aggression towards others or protection over his food or belongings, he is not destructive and does his business outside.

I'm looking for long-term rental (5 plus years) a house or apartment (please don't bother me with shared rentals and I don't want to move anywhere else). I'm looking for a dog friendly place, a yard would be nice, at least 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer hookups are a must AND storage. It doesn't have to be perfect. My top range is $ a month.

I am the perfect tenant. I owned a home for yrs, I take care of my rental, and pay my rent on time. I only want to work directly with landlords.
