Lease Take over for Solana Ranch

I have a four room apartment at Solana Ranch in Kingsville, TX right across from Texas A&M Kingsville, but you will only be taking one room and bathroom. My lease is from August this year till july next year with rent at a month. This is a ground floor unite, next to the pool and gym. Wifi, trash, electric, and water are already taken care of. The unit comes fully furnished and with all appliances. This is a pet friendly apartment. My room on the floor plan is room A. This has it's own bathroom and is next to the laundry. You will have three other roommates that are respectful, quiet, and clean. I must put they will only take women to sign my lease over. Serious people only, thank you! me
