This is a unique opportunity: I travel frequently and am looking for someone to live in the house full-time. When I’m away, I will significantly reduce your rent in exchange for caring for my friendly cat, changing the litter box, and watering exterior plants (fall through spring).

• Neat, clean, and tidy—no exceptions
• Non-smoker, no drugs, no pets of your own
• Willing to pass a credit check

• Short-term lease available ( months or longer)
• If you also travel, I’ll try to coordinate my trips so you can enjoy the home to yourself
