Existing housemate is ~+y/o filipino female, on separate side of the house with her own ba, kitchen, etc. She does not share any living space except the driveway and occasionally walking through the front/garage door.

PARKING: 2 spots in garage available, 3 in the driveway, and no restriction on street except 2x/month thursday street cleaning.

EV Charging, garage has outlets for slow charging lvl 1. There are 5 fast chargers in the Ralphs plaza around the corner.

UTILITIES: ~$/mo split between 3 parties (peaks low in worst months)

Ralphs is literally behind us around the corner, close to freeway. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of good Vietnamese food in the area.

Financial stability required, if in doubt or shaky, not a good fit, sorry :(
