ROOMMATE WANTED

Description

The house is a bath house on about a acre lot with fenced in backed yard. We have 2 friendly dogs here that are well maintained. The house has a huge back porch the length of the back of the house and its covered with a ceiling fan and lights. The stove and hot water heater are both gas. The rest of the house is hard wood floor. There is a washer and dryer on main floor. The house is 2 stories with a 2 car garage down stairs and the room is down stairs as well. Parking is on the street or a certain spot in drive way so everyone can get in and out. Entry is either through the front door or opening the garage door. The entire house is smart with motion sensors for lights to turn off and on, Cameras, Smart vacuums that clean on own, W/D are smart as well. There are cameras on the outside and inside of the house that cover the entrances and exits of the house. We decorate the entire house for Halloween and Christmas in case this is a issue for anyone. The room is with window facing north with wood floor, a closet and a vanity hunch storage beneath.
