Hi! We are looking for a roommate to join us on the main floor of our sunny cottage on Pierce street. There are two of us occupying the main floor space and the homeowner lives upstairs for weeks during the summer.

The larger bedroom (’4”) is available for rent September 1st. Rent is per month + about per month utilities.

The home has a full bath, a kitchen with appliances, a dining space, and a mold-free partially finished basement with shared laundry. We are planning on using part of the basement as a shared communal room area with a TV/couch and exercise equipment. The garden is cute and the house has beautiful wood touches. If you're into gardening there is space in large pots for flowers and veggies. Please ignore the clutter in the pictures, we are still moving in.
