Our unit is a two-story, 3-bedroom home (utilities included in rent amount). All bedrooms and the shared full bathroom are located on the second floor. You’ll have full access to our kitchen space, including a shared fridge, use of the gas stove oven, and private cabinet space with communal storage areas.
We have a large flat screen in the living room with streaming capability and a small outdoor patio available to enjoy sunshine and fresh air from home. Please note: this is a non-smoking building (however the parking lot has been the unofficial designated smoking area for as long as my mother’s lived here).
The building is quite old and unfortunately does not offer any A/C, so we like to keep personal fans and windows cracked open to help the air circulation as much as possible. The complex does offer three pairs of coin-operated washers and dryers on , of which you will have full access to, and where you can also find bike storage.
Plenty of street parking, with limited
hr visitor parking available on the property (marked with a “G”) on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also two bus stops nearby, or about a -minute walk to downtown State or Milpas Street if wheels aren’t your thing.
We’d like to find someone who is also mindful of home hygiene as to respect our shared spaces (yes, a pro-slippers, shoe-free home). We’re a quiet, private household—no parties or overnight guests without prior discussion. Our ideal candidate would be a long-term roommate who values personal responsibility, a nicely kept living environment, and safe, peaceful spaces.
