Looking for a mature roomate

Renting an unfurnished room approximately . I could possibly provide a tall dresser if needed.. the bathroom is also the laundry room it has a sink and a shower that only you will use. There are three adults in the house with you that would make four. Company rarely comes over, and I don't allow people to come in and out of the home. You have total room privacy and kitchen privileges. Pretty quiet location, with no drama as we are all working older adults. Plenty of Street parking. No animals as I have 2 loveable Great Danes. Usually small utility bills split 3 ways.
