My wife and I are looking for a furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Surrey or nearby, with a move-in date of September 1st.

We’re currently on a visit while awaiting our work permits, so we’d like to start with a 3-month lease and possibly extend depending on our permit status. Our budget is $/month including all utilities, and we can make cash payments until our Canadian bank is set up.

We’re non-smokers, have no pets, no kids, and will take excellent care of the property. We’re quiet, clean, and respectful tenants who value a good relationship with our landlord.
