We have three furnished bedrooms available now in the range $600-700/month! Each room has an individual lease. There is a flat monthly charge of $150 for all utilities, internet, and trash and recycling removal, so you do not need to worry about fluctuating bills in the winter.

This beautiful home is located near the Garden of the Gods (0.6 mil) and Old Colorado City (1 mil). It has a fully equipped kitchen upstairs and an efficiency kitchen downstairs, so you'll always have cooking access. Its large furnished living room and kitchen are great common areas where the housemates may enjoy meals and chatting.

We are looking for responsible, clean individuals who enjoy living with the community (5 housemates). Living with housemates requires strong communication skills, caring for communal areas and others in the living space. We have our tenants interview each candidate. We also run credit and background checks on each applicant.

This is a no-pet house!
Deposit is $600.
This is a very strictly non-smoking house. (no 420!, no vaping). If you smoke, this is not the right fit.
Lease through summer months of 2026.

My husband and I own and manage the property but do not live there.
