Description

sf two story house with 4 bed rooms (my room, guest bedroom, office, and your bedroom) in a new community with a lot of hiking trails, parks, pools and sports courts nearby. There’s a fully furnished kitchen, living room and loft that are all communal. Half of the parking garage is available to use for storage or parking. The bedroom and bathroom for rent are accessed off of the loft. There is a backyard, but it’s currently just dirt… it’s too hot out anyway. The room itself is ’ (carpeted) and fits a queen comfortably. There are two closets available, one in the room and one in the office next door. Both are about 6’ long.
