We’re both in our early s, hoping to find another female/partners in the same age group. What does our sqft. apartment include?
- Balcony connected to the living room
- North facing view, with natural sunlight in the living room/bedrooms.
- In the apartment: Dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kitchen island, washer dryer, double-sink bathrooms with shower and tub, storage closet, AC and overhead fans, and walk-in closets. Carpet in rooms and hardwood floors in kitchen and living room.
- Since living here we have furnished quite a bit including all chairs, TV, wifi, dishes and dish-ware, etc… Our previous roommate provided our couch, which will go with her when she moves. It’ll be something we could consider investing in together or working out separate, whatever works is good.
- We split wifi per roommate. Electric, gas, and water are included in the rent total, which is billed by usage per month.
- Apartment amenities: Two floor gym, boxing room, yoga studio, cycling room, office space w/ 3 business rooms, pool/hot tub, pool house with full kitchen, pool bar with full kitchen, rooftop lounge, childcare room, clubhouse, fire pits, 4 accessible gas grills, and a gated dog park. Each apartment floor has attached parking which is completely gated and in the center of our apartment building. Each parking space is $/per and comes with a permit sticker. On the first floor, there is visitor parking and overnight parking. We’re about a minute commute towards downtown or the beach, with easy access to the 8 freeway.
