Hi, looking for another single mom or female to share rental. I am in the front part of the building and I am looking for a roommate to rent out a private studio above the garage. The studio is about ft.² is very large and has a private bathroom and private entrance through the garage where the laundry is. With parking pass for the parking lot and we also have two pools and the playground. Close to and miles park and shopping . rent is + utilities. No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, alcohol, no overnight guests, no pets
