Searching for studio

Hello, I am Anu, came from Sri Lanka in year January for my MSc. And holder of DBS enhanced check under updated service.

I am a permanent employee of Tesco Superstore. I am searching a nearby place to rent. I have two sons age of years old. Elder son will be starting his new secondary school at Dame Alice by September. As I am separated by now, looking for nearby properties live with my two sons.
I am also a very friendly and generous person. My current landlord will also ready to provide the reference behalf me and sons. Sons are also well behaved and no any complaints received from the neighbours.

Can you kindly let me know your idea about my concern. If you like to accept I can come to check the property and proceed the move by next week.
