Basement Suite in Maple Grove

I'm looking for a professional housemate to rent the basement suite of my bedroom, 2 bathroom rambler in Maple Grove. The basement has a large living room & refrigerator for use, bedroom, & private bathroom which is about sf of private living space. It is a shared kitchen and laundry room, and off street parking. Fenced in back yard with large patio, deck, and 2 fire pits.

All utilities are included:

-If you are interested in Xfinity cable we would split the cost.

Shared spaces are the kitchen (upstairs) & laundry room (downstairs).

Move in ready on security deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing. Additional $ non refundable security deposit for a pet, plus $/month pet rent.

Home is conveniently located close to , and Arbor Lakes. Close to many biking and walking trails and about 5 minutes to Elm Creek Park Reserve.

The right fit would be a professional (preferably female) that is animal friendly, quiet, clean, honest, respectful, and not a heavy drinker. No smoking. No overnight guests. 6 month lease to start.

I have 2 cats and a dog. I am open to a cat that would be downstairs only. A non refundable security deposit of an additional $ for a pet, plus $/month for pet rent. I work early hours, am quiet in the evenings. I spend a lot of time outside on the deck or in the garden.

We would have plenty of our own space, but would still be living together. It is important to make sure our personalities jive. When responding, please give me as much detail as you can about yourself. Career, interests, animals, etc.
