Hello,

Looking for one female roommate in a bath apartment on the 3rd floor in Roslindale.

- The rent will be $/month + split shared utilities (WiFi, gas & electricity). Last month’s rent and a security deposit is due upon move in.
- We’re looking for one female roommate who can commit to a month to month lease beginning on September with the possibility of renewing.
- There is a large bedroom which includes one semi walk-in closet with an additional closet for extra storage. Another small bedroom for additional storage space. The apartment has a large kitchen, front and back balcony, large living room, free laundry inside the unit, free street parking (no permit needed). The apartment is in a quiet residential area in Roslindale. We are close to West Roxbury and within walking distance, there is a Target, yoga studio’s, gym’s, restaurants, and plenty of groceries stores. We are a 1-minute walk away from a bus stop outside of the apartment, minutes bus drive to Jamaica Plain and Forest Hills Orange line station, minutes by car/ minutes by bus to the Longwood area: Boston Children Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Simmons College, Northeastern University, Mass Art, and minutes by public transportation to Boston downtown.
- As a roommate, we ask that you are a working professional in your mid-twenties to early thirties. You are respectful of others, easy to communicate with regarding the apartment and helps to take care of the common areas (clean up after yourself, maintains a peaceful and quiet household). And of course, you will pay the bills on time.
