Right now, I have an empty floor space where a kitchen table should go but if you want to put an office there instead, you may. I have lived with ppl who worked from home before and I have never been an issue to their productivity. I will even crawl to the fridge if you’re in a video meeting. Whatever it takes to see you succeed, roomie!

Rent due first of the month. $ Deposit required day of move-in or before. Utilities will be split in half between us. (SRP and internet).

I spend a lot of time at my boyfriend’s, so you’ll have the place mostly to yourself—ideal for someone who needs peace and a lot of privacy. I love golfing, snowboarding, dancing, billiards/darts and going to Pokémon conventions. We can be friends and share these hobbies together or I can leave you alone! Whatever you prefer. No feelings hurt. I’m adaptable. 🫶
