Hi, I’m Shreesha (F) and I’m looking for a young professional (preferably around my age) to share a bath apartment in Cary, right near Parkside Town Commons. My current roommate is moving to DC for grad school, so the master bedroom with a private bath will be available starting August .

Corner unit with ’ ceilings and a so much natural light
In-unit washer/dryer, private balcony, spacious kitchen
Amenities: Gym, Pools, Hammocks, Theater/Game room, Grills

Price:
Rent is $/month + around $ for utilities (energy, water, internet/cable, valet trash, etc.)
The lease runs August .

About me:
I work for an engineering firm in Raleigh (WFH Thurs/Fri). I go to pilates three times a week, I love to go out for dinner and drinks with friends (while the phone eats first…obviously :P). I have a terrible caffeine addiction, a latte a day is non-negotiable so I’m always hunting for new coffee shops to try. I also firmly believe that retail therapy is real therapy so I’m usually enabling myself (and friends) to shop a little more than we probably should hehe.

I am very social and love being out and about, but I love to stay home and recharge as well. I love to keep the shared spaces very clean and organized so I am looking to live with someone who’s thoughtful, respectful, clean and shares the same philosophy. If we end up becoming friends too, that would honestly be the best part.
