Unapologetically 🌈, older Leftist, seeks like minded individual as housemate. 1 large-ish, furnished room w semi-private bath, in big house, in great neighborhood, just outside DT Athens. Walking, biking, bussing, Lyft, &/or any other vehicular travel w/n minutes of DT & surrounding areas, incl parks/trails/restaurants, etc. Must be quiet-ish, non-partying, reg hours type. Prefer non-smokers/vapers, altho greenery is fine. Abso no heavy consumption of alcohol/drugs (Sober twelve years & counting here). Shared spaces incl living/dining room, kitchen, laundry, front porch/yard, & parking. Rent includes ALL utilities (Internet, Power, Gas, Water/recycling/trash) Small pets (fish, bird, reptile, etc) can be considered. Will expect cleanliness/tidiness at all times. 1st months rent + deposit due at move-in (negotiable). Would appreciate reference(s) but not a deal breaker. Meet & greet at yr leisure. Avail/move in asap; Prefer minimum of 6 months stay (negotiable).
