Right on Princess street, ideal for Master's, PHD, Med Student's etc. Apartment is three bedrooms + Den, one room is bigger than the others; I'm happy to discuss what's a fair split. I'm a Teacher in Kingston and have lived here for 4 years, but find myself needing a new roommate, can't afford it on my own. Spend most of my time working or playing sports. The other bedrooms were used as a guest bedroom and an office before if you're confused by the photos. AC is two window units, one for each bedroom.
Can be furnished if you want, or I'm happy to toss whatever. Fully stocked kitchen, but if you have your own stuff, I can store whatever of mine in Ottawa.
